Dasha Antonova builds paid growth systems with behavioral psychology and a P&L attached.

I started in performance marketing: gaming and social discovery, where you live or die by cost-per-install and what a user is actually worth six months later.

Then I founded GoPal, a metaverse edtech startup that went through Dubai's DIFC accelerator and was named by Khaleej Times among startups shaping the space. It made the work less theoretical. Distribution, product, capital, and timing all punish vague thinking.

Somewhere in there I stopped treating conversion as a landing-page problem. Paid growth breaks when the post-click system cannot carry the promise made by the ad. Commitment Flow came out of that.

These days I work on B2C performance marketing, mobile growth, and conversion systems. I'm also building toward running growth with a team of AI agents. Recovering startup founder, former competitive fighter. Currently somewhere between Bali and London.
