About

I work on paid growth where channels, product, and economics meet.

I started in performance marketing in mobile games, where a campaign is only interesting if it can survive the payback window. That trained me to look past the first metric and ask what has to change for the economics to hold.

At Playkot, that meant rebuilding channel mix, creative production, store presence, and the team around a title that needed a commercial turnaround. Later, it meant designing creative loops and building an ASO practice before it was a formal function inside the company.

Then I founded GoPal, a metaverse edtech startup that went through the DIFC Metaverse Accelerator and was covered by Khaleej Times, The FinTech Times, Zawya, and DIFC programme materials. Founder life made the work less theoretical: distribution, product, capital, and timing all punish vague thinking.

More recently I led marketing for an SDG-backed consumer subscription venture, with ownership across acquisition, CRM, SEO, funnel work, and validation.

These days I work on B2C performance marketing and commercial growth systems. I run compact app growth diagnostics for teams that need to find and fix the real constraint before they scale spend, rewrite funnels, or build another strategy deck. I also use an AI operating system that spans nine workstreams and supports the marketing and growth work I lead, with shared context, agents and automations, verification, and explicit authority rules.

Review Retriever was also included in Neo Ads' practitioner-built mobile growth stack, with a direct link to the public tool.
